Terms and Conditions
for CashPK Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CashPK ("we", "us", "the platform") regarding your use of the CashPK website, mobile application and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on CashPK, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the CashPK platform. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your own reference. CashPK may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use CashPK you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be using the platform as an individual for personal entertainment only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from CashPK.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be acting in any professional gaming or arbitrage capacity intended to exploit the platform.

CashPK reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on CashPK. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and any duplicate accounts identified will be closed. Winnings or balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. CashPK is not liable for issues arising from outdated account information, including failed withdrawals sent to an old mobile wallet number.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. CashPK will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you should change your password immediately and contact our support team. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach in a timely manner.

Account Verification (KYC)

CashPK may at any stage require you to complete an identity verification process. This is standard practice on any responsible gaming platform and exists to protect both players and the platform. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or other identification documents. Verification is typically required before processing your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

CashPK processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and direct bank transfer. Mobile wallet cards are also accepted where supported.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your CashPK account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page.

CashPK does not accept cash, cheques or transfers from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party accounts may be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. Standard withdrawal requests are typically handled within the same business day. Larger amounts or accounts that have not yet completed identity verification may take additional time.

CashPK does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You should check your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank's current fee structure before initiating a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Offers

From time to time CashPK offers bonuses, free plays, deposit matches and promotional credits to players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games and expiry period for each promotion are stated at the point of offer.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or applied to another account.
• CashPK reserves the right to remove a bonus from an account if it is found to have been claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim the same promotion will have all associated accounts closed.
• CashPK may modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players.
• Bonuses are only valid for the games and markets specified in the promotion details.

6. Betting Rules

CashPK offers sports betting markets covering Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football and Esports. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• CashPK reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed or suspended.
• In the event of a pricing error or obvious technical mistake, CashPK reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market and per day. These limits are set at CashPK's discretion and may be adjusted.
• CashPK's decision on all disputed bets is final and binding.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available for selected Cricket and Football events. Odds during live events change rapidly and the platform may temporarily suspend a market during critical moments of a match – for example, during a review of a PSL dismissal or a Football VAR check. Bets placed before a market suspension are honoured at the odds shown at the time the bet was accepted.

7. Casino Games & Fish Games

CashPK's game library includes Live Casino tables, slot games and fish shooting games. All games are operated using independently verified random number generation or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer interaction. The theoretical return to player (RTP) for each game is available within the game information panel.

Players accept that outcomes in slot games and fish games are determined by chance. CashPK does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes in favour of or against any specific player. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automation tools or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

8. Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CashPK and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Opening more than one account on the platform.
• Using software bots, scripts or automation tools to place bets or play games.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account.

CashPK monitors activity across all accounts for irregular patterns. Where suspicious activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to freeze an account pending investigation. During any investigation period, withdrawals from the affected account will be suspended.

9. Responsible Gaming

CashPK is committed to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. Every registered player can access the following responsible gaming features from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits – Set a daily or weekly maximum deposit amount.
• Session reminders – Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion – Pause access to your account for a defined period.

10. Privacy and Data

CashPK collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document. CashPK does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the CashPK platform, including the logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces and software, is the property of CashPK or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

CashPK provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. CashPK is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime caused by technical issues, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms.
• Issues arising from your internet connection, device or payment provider.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment services.

13. Changes to These Terms

CashPK may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players by email or platform notification. Continued use of CashPK after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you should stop using the platform and withdraw your remaining balance.
